Habitat/Range: White-cheeked Turacos are native to forested highlands in Sudan, South Sudan, Ethiopia and Eritrea.
Behavior: Turacos have been observed in pairs, family parties, and groups.
Breeding: Turacos reach sexual maturity by their second year. Females lay 2-3 eggs per clutch and incubate them for 21 to 24 days. The average life span for turacos is 10-12 years.
